Will rip you off, and actively screw over people with no remorse. Brought car in because A/C stopped blowing cold. When they looked at it, they said more was wrong with it than there actually was and that if I was to drive somewhere else my car would break down. Cost me $800 for my A/C to still be broken. Followed up a day afterwards and was told "we can't do anything for you, goodbye".
They really helped us we were traveling from out of town and showed care unlike other places in Mississippi
We took a short trip to the coast and got a flat tire on the way home. Jack's was a lifesaver!! After an hour and a half my roadside service sent someone that could not remove the lugs from my tire. We waited another hour for a tow truck to arrive. I found Jack's automotive from a quick google search and called a taxi to Jack's. They were extremely nice and wonderfully helpful considering the shop was very full and busy. They fixed my tire and pointed out another bad tire that they also fixed. We arrived so close to closing time I was worried. They were very kind and had me back on the road in no time! I took his card! If i'm ever in the area and need their services again they are the first one I'm calling. It's nice to find such friendly people I wish we had a Jack's closer to home I would use them often.

Great used tires at great prices
I bought a car from a less than honest dealership in Long Beach so when it broke down on me for the fourth time in three months it wasnt a surprise. The surprise came when we found out the computer went out and Mazda doesn't manufacture the part anymore! Jack was so nice holding on to my car for months without charging me a storage fee while we both searched all over for the replacement part. He also worked with me on price knowing that Im a single mom of three boys. He and his crew do great work and really know their stuff! While they are a little pricey on some services you DEFINITELY get what you pay for!! I will never bring my car to anyone else but Jacks Firestone!!
