Fast and friendly service. Thanks from Colorado!

It makes me mad that I have to stand in line forever just to get a stamp why can't they but a stamp machine in there they had one before

The lady who was supposd to help me was very rude. I told I would go somewhere else. I won't go to this post office ever again. They did not give me impression they like their jobs or want to be there much less be polite and service-oriented. All I heard was "I can't", "I'm not responsible", over and over again. And when I ask what about that tape sitting there on the counter in front of me, and she says, "Oh, that's for priority mail and that cost starts out at $5.50 and up..." All I asked for as a piece of scotch tape or dab of glue to secure one edge of my envelope, but you would have thought I was asking them to help me catch a 15 foot alligator. Even the lady supervisor who stepped out of her office just gawked at me. I did not feel welcome. I felt embarrased. The lady supposed to service me had a rude and unfriendly presence. And, no, I did not raise my voice or curse or anything like that. I am disappointed this post office facility has become so much about what they can't do, or don't have, etc. I am sure there will be many who read this response and tell me it is the same every post office you go to. All I know is they have a culture problem. When I am in public with a lot of other people around, I expect better treatment and respect. I also recommend the post office get off their burrs and keep a pack of scotch tape and/or some glue handy at each desk, and help out a customer for a change instead of tell me what you cannot do or not responsible for. Is that how they treat an old person who walks up in there in same situation? What if it was a cousin or close friend? I bet they get the special treatment. The damn lady ticked me off and ruined my afternoon, as well as tarnished my impression of that post office. I will not step foot in there again if I can help it.
