If I could give it less than 1 star I would. The service was really terrible and the food was worse. There were 4 of us eating and 2 of the orders wereclld . 1 was soggy and the other was cold and hard. We sent back the order that was cold and hard. You would think they would do something about it. They came back 5 minuets later and asked if we would like another order they informed it would be quite awhile before we would get it so we said no. You would think they would compensate us but said we ordered too much food and said we would have to pay for it. We said she never touched it. The lowner said she tested it and said it wasn't cold. Can you believe that. The owner said his food was the best in town. Now I've been all over the world and have never been treated so bad. I would recommend staying away from this establishment. The owners are in senile their food is REALLY BAD
This was an amazing place! If I lived closer I would always be at Triple Tails. The menu is limited, but what they have is varied and amazing! Sea food, burgers, wings its all great! We went with a group of about 8 and all ordered something different and taste tested each others. The owner was unbelieveably nice and the staff was very accommodating! I saw some reviews say it was pricey... I didn't think it was bad at all for the size of the dishes! I don't think anyone finished their whole plate!! The owner also pointed us in the direction of some awesome beaches that locals utilize. She may have been the best part of the whole place! She literally treated us like old friends! I'm very glad we stopped! Almost wanna drive 14 hours to go again!!
I've been there every day of the week at times and every time has been a great experience. The owners genuinely care about your experience and make it a friendly place. The bands are the best and the drinks and bartenders are amazing. I would recommend anything on the menu it is all delicious. I look forward to going there soon.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. After waiting nearly two hours, my party left without so much even as an appetizer. The servers were some of the rudest people I have ever encountered. It’s very rare that I deem something unacceptable, but that’s exactly what my experience with the staff here was. I would not recommend this place to anyone after my horrible experience.
Went on December 2nd 2017 and it was Not very good ..The food was not good.. Actually it sucked. My fish Tacos just came as a piece of fish with lettuce and a tomato no sauce nothing else. My Mom ordered Shrimp nachos they were not very good. just Nachos with what looked like canned queso sauce and fried shrimp. The other two in our party had hamburgers that looked like they sat under the heat lamp for too long.. service was OK
